I stayed at this hotel for three nights while exploring the city for leisure, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was new and cozy, featuring a floor-to-ceiling window that brought in ample natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the large bathroom had great water pressure. I loved the Japanese breakfast options, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Plus, having a kobini on the ground floor was convenient!

I had a fantastic stay over the New Year! The hotel is super conveniently located near Canal City, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and I loved that there was a convenience store right on the ground floor. Plus, the breakfast cafe was a good surprise—definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my travels!
I did face a couple of hiccups. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, more like a wooden plank than a comfy mattress. the room had a lingering smoke smell, which was unfortunate since no non-smoking rooms were available. though, my experience was pretty great!

We recently stayed at the del style and had a great experience. the room was compact but had essential features like wall hooks and a dedicated clothes hanging area. the view from the 10th floor was lovely, overlooking the river. we found the location quite convenient, with plenty of dining options and subway access just a short stroll away. the staff stood out;
All good! 😊.

they offered a nice breakfast which was a good way to start each day. the location was ideal with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store situated on the first floor. I also enjoyed the comfortable rooms which were very clean.
There were some negative aspects that I was unhappy with. Unfortunately, there was no parking available , which meant having to pay for parking in an external car park.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the area by foot. the large Canal City shopping mall is just a short walk away, along with many local restaurants and bars. the rooms are well-furnished with modern amenities, including comfortable bedding and nice restroom fixtures. the front desk staff is polite and available 24/7.
The hotel lacks guest parking spaces, so parking can be a bit of a hassle and expense.

the location is perfect - right in the center close to everything by foot, including the large Canal City shopping mall. It was so convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were amazing. Despite speaking little English, they were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and the option of having a room with a bath was a great addition, especially for families with two separate beds +2 children. Finally, the breakfast was delicious. Although there may have been a limited selection of Western food, the coffee was excellent and the option to cook your own eggs and bacon at the table was a nice touch.
Everything was perfectly fine during my stay.
